This custom 34 ft. Loft Edition comes with everything included that you see in the pictures, with the exception of furniture. This spacious model has space for everything, including and eating, living, cooking and sleeping area. Well equipped to handle your dinner guests, the space flows from eating to lounging area easily without feeling crowded.
This home has been customized with the Kimberly wood stove, which allows for the warmth of a wood fire within your tiny home. But if there’s not time to chop the wood, the mini-split heating/cooling system allows for A/C cooled days in the summer and warmth at the push of a button in the winter.
The custom storage staircase provides space for many of your belongings within and underneath the steps. The extra space of a 34 ft. trailer allows for a full-sized soaker-tub to fit comfortably in the bathroom area, complete with rain-shower head. As you walk through the bathroom, the end of the house allows for a fully-equipped laundry room separate from the rest of the main living area. This particular laundry room has been set up with a washer/dryer combo to save space.
The items you don’t see are the propane on-demand heater (stored in the box on the hitch end of the trailer), which eliminates the need for a water tank. It’s also fully equipped to be hooked up to solar power when needed.
