Custom built, beautiful home with paperwork

Beautiful, less than 1 year old, RVIA certified, all paperwork included, 24' x 8' plus 3' for trailer hitch, lots of storage, ceiling fan, window in bathroom. Also comes with 120 gallon propane tank, grey water hose, and rv steps for entrance. Bathroom includes rain shower head plus handheld shower head, Separett composting toilet and plumbed for flushing toilet. I also have some furniture that I am willing to sell along with the house. Mini split air and heat (electric), propane stove and on demand water heater. I am the one and only owner and occupant of this home. I have enjoyed living in it and the experience of tiny home life and now it's time for me to move onto another venture. I am looking to sell quickly and am open to discussions regarding price and transportation.
