Custom Tiny Home Premium

26' custom built tiny house on wheels. Built in 2019. Two lofts, wet bathroom, full kitchen, minisplit AC and heat, lots of windows. My spouse and I lived in it happily for five years, and it's still in good condition. Hosting visitors is important to us so we designed the house with that in mind -- when we lived in it we had a 7'x3' dining table and could comfortably seat 6 for a meal. The ceiling in the main room is 11' which makes the space feel generous while having two lofts provides a lot of flexible space without dividing the house into little rooms and making it feel too small. It includes many custom storage built-ins as well as some artisanal hand-woodwork. $75K OBO
