This beautiful tiny home with a modern contemporary look and a rustic cozy interior was custom and locally built by Eureka Tiny Homes in the tobacco valley.
We call it the 'contemporary cabin'.
The total living space is 272 square feet, which is divided between the main living part downstairs (176 ft2) and a bedroom loft that fits two queen mattresses easily (96 ft2).
Amenities include electric heat, a propane oven and stove, an electric water heater, a full size refrigerator, recessed ceiling lights for ambient lighting, plug and play ready to be hooked up, a full bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a flush toilet, a breakfast bar as well as a built-in ladder for convenient loft access.
The floors, walls and ceiling of this tiny home are fully insulated. All pipes have been wrapped with heat tape to prevent any freezing, so this tiny home can withstand winters in the Rocky Mountain area.
Next to the big glass door entrance are a big attachable porch and stairs that can be transported in the tiny home for moving.
This tiny home was built to fit California building standards as well as weight limits for the specific trailer we used to build the tiny home on.
