This custom build has been the perfect tiny living for me (single young professional female). I am getting ready to buy a house now so my plan is to now sell it to use toward the down payment. This house has been the best situation for me to save money and maintain my own private space (no roommates). With a full kitchen, desk/dining table, full bathroom, small closet, creative storage, and queen size loft bed it has allowed me to live and work from home comfortably for over a year now. ***update*** just finished remodeling the bathroom professionally (including a urine diverting plumbing system for composting toilet) and painting the exterior professionally.
I own the tittle and it is up to date in registration. I have license plates and made a trip only once from Colorado, otherwise has been stationary parked besides pulling it in and out to paint.
I have it in my parents back yard and only need to have it plugged in to a dedicated 20 amp circuit and connect a rv hose to a water source ( where you would connect a standard water hose). Because it has a composting toilet it does not need any sewage connections, the grey water can drain in grass or gravel. It still has connections for an rv standard sewage if you wanted to put in a flushing toilet. Bathroom also has a new shower with new black fixtures and a new sink with under cabinet storage and mirror/medicine cabinet with LED lights built in.
The house is very well insulated. During the hot months I use the central air system for downstairs and the window A/c for upstairs, cold months I only need a space heater but it does have working central heating as well. All appliances included, fridge/freezer, stove (3 burner)+ oven, microwave, vent/hood (light bulb is out but fan works).
