This tiny home was built at Tiny Idahomes in Caldwell Idaho in 2017. It is parked on a lot in Mountain Home, ID Must be moved. It comes with a stainless steel full-size refrigerator with ice maker,4 burner propane stove, oven and rangehood. There is also a pantry in the kitchen. There is a brand new split mini heat pump for the heating and air conditioning. The water heater is an on-demand tankless either electric or propane. There are two lofts for sleeping and/or storage. The bathroom has a real toilet and a 3'x3' shower. There is an optional washer, dryer combo unit already installed, There is an optional 100 gallon propane tank with probably 30-40 gallons of propane in it.
