Houzz award winning designer tiny house with loads of charm and historical elements. Filled with natural light thanks to the vintage French doors and matching seven foot windows. Open the front doors in the warmer months and double your living space onto a deck. The kitchen has butcher block countertops, a cast-iron farmhouse sink, vintage brass hardware/fixtures throughout and vintage cabinets that create an old world feel. Classic touches like white subway tile with a black contrasting grout in both the kitchen and bathroom give the space a bright and clean aesthetic. High quality engineered hardwood flooring in the main living space and salvaged wood flooring in the lofted bedroom add lots of warmth and charm. Standard toilet and plumbing gives you all the creature comforts but at an affordable price. Take showers or a long soak in the trough bathtub. Bathroom vanity is a repurposed vintage sewing table with a Kohler sink. The closet next to the bathroom is large enough to house all your clothes and shoes and has a cubby underneath that can be used to house pet items such as a litter box or small crate. Seasonal items that don't fit within the closet can be stored in baskets on the salvaged wood wrap-around shelves above the front doors.
The nitty gritty:
Cooking - Includes two induction cooktops that are stored when not in use as well as a Breville countertop convection oven.
Plumbing - This tiny house is not set up for off-grid living. You will need access to water and sewer. We at one point had holding tanks on the house but had them removed and hooked straight up to city utilities.
Condition- Built the house in 2017 on a custom Iron Eagles trailer. We have taken good care of everything and had repairs done when needed. All windows are new with the exception of the French doors and paned windows at the front of the house. Metal roof and cedar siding are in great shape and have had no leaks or issues.
