This is a Dragon Fly model 36' by 8' by 10' tiny home custom built by Core Housing Solutions in August Of 2019. It is a one bedroom one bathroom model that is steel construction with metal roof and very energy efficient. My average electric bill is less than $40 per month. It has induction cook top dual pane energy efficient windows with ultraviolet protection. It is a 50 amp design with four prong round power cord. There is less than one hundred miles on the unit which is on a triple axle trailer with electronic brakes. It includes all furniture and amenities including queen size storage bed in bedroom and queen size storage convertible sofa. It has one year old mini-split air conditioning and heating system as well as original second air conditioner in living room. It is certified by Bildsworth International and has a clean title, no leans or mortgage, i own it free and clear.
