The exterior has not been stained and can accommodate your choice of stain. The tiny house has a generator, RV hook up, & ground wire. Standing seam roof is a great material if you decide to invest in solar. The home features 6 windows and the 8 x 6 glass french doors. The four main windows are high enough to allow room to hang artwork on the interior walls. It is also nice for privacy and security. There is a keypad entry. The tiny house has its own heating/AC that you can control to your comfort level. The home is currently insured, registered in Maryland, and was built on a brand new 32 ft trailer from Tiny Home Builders.
