The tiny living experience has been a wonderful adventure for my husband and I. It's great for AirBNB and/or full time living! Clad in Eastern Red Cedar siding locally milled in Lebanon, TN, this tiny house features high quality materials sourced from in and around Nashville. A reclaimed red and white oak barn-wood floor gleams against sheetrock walls trimmed with western cedar and a cedar ceiling. The living room features a folding live-edge Ash dining table, a built-in 8ft bench with storage and custom cushions, a folding desk, a wardrobe with hanging storage and metal wire drawers and a 3ft storage loft. The 9ft King sleeping loft has enough headroom to comfortably sit up in bed and features four 1 X 3 custom windows two of which swing out for ventilation. This tiny house has a full kitchen with a 5 ft 3 GE refrigerator, a Dickinson Marine Caribbean oven and two-burner cooktop unit, custom maple cabinets, wire drawer storage, butcher block counter-tops, and a reclaimed swinging casement window to cool those hot apple pies. Through a light-weight sliding track door you’ll enter the bathroom which features a tiled shower, an above counter vessel sink with a custom shaped butcher-block counter top, shelving, and a ceramic RV toilet. There is a ventilation hole cut in case you want to add composting toilet option.
