This tiny home is 24 ft long x 8.5 ft wide with a loft (280 sq ft). The loft in this home has more headroom than most tiny homes because it is built on a drop down Iron Eagle trailer. The Fibonacci Farmhouse includes a full 24 inch gas range with an oven, a full size kitchen sink, a bathtub, a flushing toilet, washer and dryer hookups, and a mini split ac that works very well. There are also 12 windows in this home plus a beautiful skylight in the loft. Under the staircase are customs cabinets with tons of storage, the home is full of custom cabinetry and woodwork. The electrical hookup is a 50 amp rv style connection, however 90% of the electrical in this home can be operated using only a single 20 amp circuit. With this single 20 amp circuit you cannot use the washer. However, you CAN use ALL lights, ALL outlets, the fridge, the range hood, and the mini split!
