Fixer Upper tiny house

Built in 2014.. 22 ft long 8ft wide on a trailer bed the addition is detachable. Addition is 8 by 12ft. We are selling tiny house but if interested in addition we could be open to negotiate. Our family has lived in it for 5 years it has been great, and cozy but we our growing out of it. Foundation is strong. Full bathroom. It would be ideal for a carpenter who could remodel the inside and make their own, or resale for a profit. When building we didn’t ventilate ceiling well, so we have had a moisture issues that we have taken care of. Upstairs is a 8 by 22ft full sleeping loft upstairs needs to be remodeled. That is why we are marking down the price.
