Fleetwood mallard Premium

This is a 31ft 1997 fleet wood mallard that has been completely gutted and updated. The couple before me built all of the cabinets, drawers, closet space and storage under the bed. We recently put in a new gas stove, new refrigerator, new bathtub, new faucets and replaced the entire pop out and flooring. When we replaced the pop out we reframed all of it and put new insulation on every part as well as all of the main flooring. Some of the trailer is in need of light aesthetic repairs, which we didn’t have time to fix, so it could use someone with a bit of skill and a can of paint. The pop out itself has its motor removed and it requires a winch to extend and retract. As well, the heating unit has been removed and we managed with a plug in wall heater. The water tank is tankless and runs on propane. No grey water tank. Photos are of the trailer with the pop out in!
