The exterior is finished out with a metal roof, black windows, board&batten siding, 6x6 porch posts, metal railing and composite decking. On the inside the walls are finished with white wash ship lap on the walls, 6" gray wash T&G on the ceiling, vinyl plank flooring, custom built cabinets, and a heating/cooling unit. This is a certified modular home, built to NC and SC codes and ready for delivery.
