Beautiful newly built Tiny house that is slightly lived in. House is built by professionals with our help and custom design. The house is built on a 27×8.5 ft trailer with custom axles to hold up to 20,000 pounds. All plumbing, electric, framing, and insulation was done professionally and the cabinets are custom built and painted with non-toxic chalk paint. Walnut butcher block counter tops and custom built stairs with PLENTY of storage. The house plugs in easily and needs to be hooked up to propane for the water heater and stove/oven combo. The couch has extra storage under the Chaise and rolls out into a queen size bed for company. House is designed to either be hooked up to a septic system or by hose with grey water run off. House includes:
-Tuft and Needle 5 inch queen sized mattress (they no longer make this thickness and you cannot tell that you have only 5 inches under you)
-Controllable electric heat that rarely needs to run (even in Minnesota winters) because of the closed cell spray foam insulation from floor to ceiling
-On demand water heater powered by propane keeps water at your preferred temperature even when running all water sources at once. Can be converted to natural gas.
-Oven and Stove combo powered by propane, but can be converted to natural gas.
-LG combination washer and dryer (HE)
-Closed cell spray foam insulation from floor to ceiling holding whatever temperature you want inside as well as adding 30% more rigidity to the home when pulling or parked. Also, closed cell spray foam works as a moisture barrier which is great for rainy days and winter snow.
-His and her closets in the upstairs loft offering PLENTY of closet space. A nook for extra storage, a dog bed, or a baby bassinet.
-Pop up breakfast nook that also acts as extra counter space for baking and cooking.
-Custom built pantry with 4 roll out shelving units so you can see everything that is stored and provides easy access to those back row items.
