Upon completion of the tiny cabin our daughter relocated and cant live there. So we are selling it to be moved onto the property of your choosing. We even have the tiny cabin mover available for you to plan to move the cabin to your property of choice. It is brand new and never lived in full time. All appliances come with the tiny cabin. All interior is red oak large plank. The remainder of the flooring we have drying now. We did not install but it will come with the tiny cabin so the move would be lighter. Tiny cabin mover has seen the site and confirms it's easy to move. Approx. 2-5K for move to your site is estimate if in or around Maryville. But that is between you and the tiny cabin mover to manage. We would provide his contact details for you to work with him directly. Brand new high efficiency wood stove, new instantaneous water heater, new gas range with four burner cook top, new refrigerator freezer 14 cubic feet. Total square footage of cabin is 336 square feet main level plus two large lofts. The deck is also 336 square feet with a covered porch that could also be converted into indoor living space. When you have it moved the deck simply disassembles from the house and each move easily to your location. There is a bathroom addition design that attaches to the cabin via Raven house which is easily to add. We simply didnt add that component at this time.
