Granny Pod, Backyard Bungalow, Guest House that's bright and welcoming 10x30

This is a great unit. We started it for my mom as a granny pod. Sadly that plan did not play out. We finished it and think it's wonderful. Brighter and more light than most tiny homes we have seen. XL sliding glass door. It's over a 100in wide. The bathroom has a wider opening from the bedroom and a standard door entry from the hallway. Full bathroom with large shower stall, cupboard space for storage. Currently we have a new instant hot water heater mounted but not wired in. Can be finished or switched to a small hot water heater. Standard toilet, sink with cabinet. If one wanted you could easily put a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. It is big enough to accommodate. 1 bedroom with overhead lighting, also comes with LED reading lamps with remote you can simply put up once you decide where the bed will go. Gold industrial clothing racks. Kitchen area has a mini fridge freezer that is retro themed and a matching coffee maker, griddle toaster oven. High end bronzed black faucet. Pulls out and retracts very smooth. Deep sink and hard cutting board counter top. Small table can be used as a desk or dining space, it is also collapsible. Plenty of room for a sofa and chairs. Super cute and you can't help but be happy when you walk into this space.
