This Tiny Home was built to have some unique features for both comfort and sustainability. The outdoor shower can be converted into an indoor shower by enclosing the two doors. There is a heated fan in the shower for colder weather days. The roof has a built in gutter with TPO commercial grade roof liner, which is also setup for a green roof in the event the tiny home is not moved frequently. The windows above the door and the lofted bed add plenty of natural light.
The toilet is a Nature’s Head composting toilet and it is plumed for an optional upgrade to a water toilet, in the event you wish to hook it up to a septic. There is a dual burner gas stove top, a toaster oven and kitchen sink all sitting atop custom wormy maple cabinets with a heart pine wood top. Beds include a memory foam full size bed and a standard twin bed. The kitchen table currently has seating for one, with a mini fridge on the other side. We can modify the seating and put the mini fridge under the cabinets, and create seating for 2 or three if necessary. Hot water is delivered on demand with an instant propane water heater. The trailer is a modified car hauler with three braking axles. The frame is 2x4 construction with a combination of fiberglass insulation & radiant barrier + an air gap for thermal protection and optimal energy efficiency. Heating is easily accomplished with a small space heater, and cooling is done with a window unit. Please note, The propane tank will have a proper mounting bracket upon sale.
We have additional upgrades available including a solar system, rain barrels, and a fold down deck.
