Designed with a fairytale look, Dorothy was built with the Wizard of Oz in mind. Dorothy can be used for camping, as a back-yard guest house, or maybe an Air B&B. Whatever you decide to do with her Dorothy is one sturdy built trailer. Mostly built with cedar she also has glued and Kreg screwed joints. Her underside is primed and painted with Flex Sea water proofing. Fully insolated with one-inch foam and sealed joints, she has R 17 insolation in the ceiling. Dorothy is built on a 5 X 10 trailer” purchased New”. I have decided to build another but cannot have both. So, she is up for adoption.
