Asking $45,000 with the trailer. $40,000 for just the shipping container home. The gooseneck trailer is 30 foot. The water heater is 30 gallons and has a single 2000w heating element. Can be turned ON/OFF with a heavy duty 120v push button switch. There are absolutely no holes in the shipping container. There are no doors and no windows to leak. It is 100% watertight when the shipping container does are closed. The floor underneath the shipping container is insulated. It holds heat really well. None of the personal items will be included with the tiny home. The bed, all of the glass jars and food will be taken out. The armoire, refrigerator, hot water heater and shelving will stay. The shipping container tiny home was intended for off grid use. There is no toilet. A composting toilet was our plan for waste management and plant fertilizer generation. It can be powered by solar with a 120v inverter or a generator. There are no holding tanks for water. No black water tanks and no gray water tanks. The water for the sink and bathtub drain directly outside. Water catchment for the draining water was to be used for watering gardens.
