The lot rent is $475 per month, which includes water and trash service. (CABIN CAN ALSO BE MOVED TO DIFFERENT LOCATION)The park is 25 acres and is meticulously maintained, with peaceful little trails, and a beautiful waterfall feature in the common area. Cabin comes equipped with a full kitchen. Gas stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Also features central cooling/ heat. There is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo, 1 bedroom which has a nice queen size bed , 2 small night tables and ample closet space. There is also a loft which can accommodate another sleeping area.. Currently wired for satellite TV and we have wifi access through Verizon, via a 4g hotspot. It will come fully furnished and all you need is your toothbrush :) The park is an ADULT ONLY PARK, so there is that restriction.
