Lovely tiny home completed in 2020. I originally planned for this home in 2019 and now my life is going in a different direction.
Built by Incredible Tiny Homes to their high standards of quality.
There are 2 lofts, 1 4 x 9 with an antique stained glass window for light, and the other is 9 x 10 with an oversized dormer with 2 large egress windows. There are sliding storage stairs that go to the main loft.
The floors are gray scraped vinyl plank.
The bathroom is 6 x 9 with 2 windows, flush toilet, and 36 inch shower. Plumbed for vanity sink and washer and dryer.
The kitchen has a vent hood and microwave shelf and a farm sink with retractable faucet. A 20 inch electric stove and a 4.6 frigidaire refrigerator are included.
There are 2 doors to outside, 1 with half glass the other full glass. Both have keyless entries.
I use a window ac and fireplace not included.
No owner finance or renting.
