This beautiful 28' RVIA-certified THOW was built in 2017 and has never been occupied. It features tongue-in-groove yellow pine paneling, dark laminate wood floors, a ceiling fan, recessed lighting, plenty of shelves and storage room. 
 All appliances are brand-new with factory stickers and labels. They include an all-electric kitchen (refrigerator, two-burner induction cooktop, large sink), full bathroom (shower, sink with vanity, standard toilet), dual AC/heating unit with remote programming, and washer/dryer combo. 
House features an unusually roomy bedroom, 8' x 7', with a high slanted ceiling (5'10" at the higher slope) and large window, accessible by five steps. It has room for a queen-sized bed, bedside table, bookshelf etc. There are two more sleeping spaces at the house's other end: a small bedroom at ground level with a high ceiling, wide enough for a twin bed, and a conventional tiny house sleeping loft above (8' x 8'), accessible by ladder, which could also be used for storage.
 Exterior has white Dutch lap siding and a sloping roof. Last year my mother had this THOW constructed before having to relocate to Durham, NC for employment; sadly her plot of land is not zoned for tiny houses. It cost $75,000 brand-new. She is willing to accept $60,000.
