We have a stock model of a luxury cabin tiny home built by Avery Cabin Co. on our lot. It comes maxed out with metal roof, hard wood floors, wood siding, stainless steel kitchen appliances, cement counter tops, heating cooling unit, detachable back porch, built to RV code and Wind Zone 2, and energy efficient. Brand new, never lived in. Held at a manufactured housing dealership, but wasn't a good fit for the local market. Seller would like it off his lot, but will not take a loss. $55k is firm.
