The 9 foot ceiling, bamboo floors, floor to ceiling window, door window and kitchen window make the space bright and airy. It features a full kitchen with 4 burner electric range, microwave, stainless steel pull down kitchen faucet with stainless steel sink, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a full size shower, standard toilet, tile floors, and vanity. The sleeping area has a large built in storage area. There is an in wall AC unit that completely cools the space. The entire structure is on piers and can be placed and hooked up to water, electric and septic without pouring a slab foundation. Flat top roof can be turned into a rooftop deck. Gutters are less than one year old. Buyer responsible for moving of unit. We have a house mover that we can recommend that has moved a tiny home for us before.
