Modern Tiny Home WIth Trailer

Built in 2016 this tiny home has two lofts and plenty of space. The house is equipped with a 4.37 kW PV array tied to an Outback Power system with two 3.4kW SimpliPhi Lithium Ion batteries. The unit has a Fujitsu ductless heat pump for heating and cooling and a 10 gallon electric tank water heater. The unit is furnished and has many nice touches. Included are a back porch and steps requiring some disassembly and a small side deck with fence and stairs. We also have some outdoor furniture that we could include in the sale. It has worked great for short term and 2-3 month stays at a time.
