Mold-Free Living & Sensitive Person Tiny Home

If you are a sensitive person with indoor air allergies or someone looking for mold, mycotoxin, and toxin free living then this is the tiny house for you. We had it custom built for us to heal in after living in a home with mold and becoming incredibly sensitive to things like mold, dust, VOCs, plastics, etc. Some photos included are during construction or after finishing touches were being added like trim but the home was being lived in. The home has a well-cared for and maintained Pioneer mini-split that has been cleaned regularly. It also has an HRV for fresh clean indoor air. It was built to ensure no water intrusion and has spray foam insulation. The interior is wood with non-toxic VOC free stain. This tiny home has a private bedroom/office, a sleeping loft with retractable stairs, an additional loft with ladder, a full bathroom with a shower big enough to put a barrel style portable bathtub in. It has a tankless hot water system, propane heating & stove, full size refrigerator, VOC free luxury plank flooring, water saving toilet, septic tank hookup, and so much more. The living room is large enough for a full-size couch that can fold out into a queen size bed. We are selling because we will be moving into a new home. This home was well researched and the job was overseen by my husband who is a former contractor. This was over-built for safety and all of the framing was even treated for mold and sealed prior to completing the exterior. This can be transported without the need for a wide load permit by a shipping/trucking company and can travel via highway.
