Tiny home on wheels for sale! Mostly finished. Basically a nice fancy shed on wheels, the freedom is yours to turn it into whatever your dream is. If you've seen this posted a few times it's because I've been attached to it and don't want to let it go. But it's time. Handmade by a local contractor in the tri cities. Sits on a professionally reinforced trailer bed. Eletrical professionally installed. Beautiful hardwood floors with a polyurethane finish. Has plumbing going in, with rv hookups for water and electricity. Though there is no plumbing out as the kitchen and bathroom haven't been installed. I have a flashdrive with photos from the build on it, showing where electrical is located, as well as plumbing and how everything was framed and welded. The only work I did to it was install metal flashing under the house to prevent moisture and pests from getting in the house. I also installed a trailer jack. Comes with propane water heater, never used. Everything is very gently used as I lived here on and off in between traveling. It's in really good condition!
