New Maine Tiny House

I built this completely dried in tiny house sparing no expense. It has a bronze standing seam commercial metal roof so you will never have to worry about a roof. It also has a skylight over the loft which opens. I installed LP’s SmartGuard Engineered Clapboard siding which has very few seams and is finished in a beautiful shade of gray that has received many compliments. It has all brand new insulated windows with double glass doors which let in a lot of light. There is plenty of access to allow ease of moving anything in or out. The interior, with the exception of the sleeping loft, is completely unfinished for you to finish in any manner or style that you which. It is framed and that is all. So the inside is an unfinished shell. On the trailer, shell, roof, windows, doors, and the siding, I have over $30K invested this far. I will let it go for $25K cash today. We decided to build a small standard house on this property instead. My loss is your gain.
