This Tiny Home was a custom built ordered from a volstrukt dealer. The Steel structure is engineered by computer design. The Trailer was custom built by Foundation Trailers as a 8' by 30' plus 6' with quality Epoxy like finish. The exterior is complete although the inside is unfinished so you can design your interior as you wish. The Specifications of the Trailer are as follows: GVWR is 27,000 lbs. 3- 9000 lb axles with electric brakes. New 14 ply Tires and Custom Wheels. Goose-neck for towing and a lighting package. Leveling Jacks on 4-corners. The bottom of the trailer is closed with steel sheeting and sealed so water stays out. The Home specifications are as follows: Zip-system OSB & High compression Foam exterior Wall and Roof panels. Walls are 2x4 Steel with multiple floor anchors with 5/8 bolts attached to a heavy steel Foundation Trailer The Exterior measures 38 ft by 8 ft and is 13' 6' in height. It was built for Towing and mobility. The 7/8 OSB Flooring is double insulated and ready for finishing. This home features insulated windows and quality steel Roof and Siding with Cedar Trim. The Electric Panel has been installed with some receptacles and sufficient lighting. Wiring in steel flex-conduit. More Windows can be added and extras are included in this sale. The cost to replace this Home just in materials without including Labor is more than my asking price.
