Nordic & Spruce Weekender Model. Fully finished tiny home with a small bathroom, a kitchenette, a loft, and a floor level bedroom. We are super excited about the design and layout of our nordic style buildings. Every piece of trim work is minimalistic and clean with great attention to light colored, minimalistic, nordic design. Our tiny homes come with lovely, whitewashed interior cladding, hardwood flooring, and sliding doors. All of our light switches and power receptacles come in the sleek matte black finish, as well as all our plumbing fixtures. Our kitchen and vanity cabinets are quality, custom, soft close cabinets built by a local cabinet shop. The lighting in this model is modern minimalistic, recessed lighting on dimmer switches. Unfortunately we aren't able to stay ahead of demand but we have a wait list for these tiny homes with a 250$ fully refundable deposit.
