Plenty of natural lighting is provided by the small glass door and large double paned glass window in the back. The walls and ceiling are framed with 2 x 4 yellow pine and floors are framed with 2 x 6 pressure treated lumber all on 16 inch centers. It’s is insulated with closed cell spray foam providing an R-value of 39. There is a disconnect box on the back of the building where you can plug in an extension cord that provides power to the lights and outlets. The interior is finished out with spruce tongue and groove which gives the building a light clean feel. We do not have this exact building available but we make these so contact me at 931-704-2905 about purchasing one. Shipping and set up for this building is approximately five dollars a mile from Monterey Tennessee. This could be used as a Guest bedroom a studio an office or maybe you have a beautiful spot in nature where it could be set for an amazing getaway. This building does not come furnished.
