Perfect size Tiny Home - ready for you now

In designing our Tiny Home, our emphasis was on functionality, comfort and of course the necessities of modern living. A full bath was important, so we have a bathtub and shower along with a flush toilet. We've also included the hookup for a stacked washer/dryer. Stairs to the sleeping loft were another important design feature - no ladders for us. Plenty of windows and sixty inch wide French doors help make the inside spacious. And the three large loft windows, open to the Southern breeze, give the sleeping loft a unique, tree-house feel. Some of the other features of our Tiny Homes are: custom designed and fabricated 20 foot trailer with duel 7.2K torsion axles for a smooth ride and plenty of load range, 11 windows - 8 of which are sliders, Bay picture window with window seat, on demand propane hot water heater - economical and never runs out of hot water, RV 50 amp power plug and/or external breaker box for service entrance, metal roofing, all framing is screwed with 3" ceramic coated screws (no nails in the framing), King sized sleeping loft, 10.5 cubic foot refrigerator, Split AC for efficient heating/cooling, overhead fan/light.
