Constructed of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) this tiny home is extremely energy efficient and very strong. SIP construction is about 6X stronger than stick construction. The exterior of the tiny house is Eastern Cedar, and burgundy metal. All of the interior finishes are wood. The walls are ship lap siding, the ceiling is beaded pine, the floor is 7" 3/4" white oak , and the cabinets are cherry. The bathroom features a copper shower and a cork floor. The wiring is a 100 amp service so permanent power can be attached. The plumbing is all PEX and has a flush toilet. The kitchen has a granite tile inlaid in the counter to place hot objects on and the appliances are all stainless steel. The home has a 16 x 8 loft and a downstairs bedroom and closet. All of the windows are energy star.
