It is 400 square feet + a loft of 240 square feet, boasting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with all the appliances, a living room, and a covered porch. This model is great for families with small children given the more gradual incline of the staircase that leads up to the large loft. The roofline on this model is pitched, providing a cozy, cabin feel.
This home is built in our warehouse in Lynden, WA and then moved to the property of your choice. All of our Park Models are built to meet the ANSI 119.5 code. Our clients may rest assured knowing our homes are properly certified and up to code.
