Professionally Built Tiny House

2019 Tiny Home – one owner and has not been moved since we had it delivered. Our tiny has been winterized by insulating and wrapping the base. We installed a heater and timer system to keep the pipes from freezing. This system is included. This tiny house is full of light and beautifully built. The interior walls are unfinished Pine and the counters are butcher block. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer and an electric stove. The bathroom is roomy with a sink/cabinet combo, flushable toilet and stand up shower with glass door. There are 3 electric baseboard heaters each with their own control. It has 50 AMP electric and can be hooked up to any septic system. The tiny house is set on a 8’ X 26’ Trailermade Brand Trailer. It is insulated with 6” of rigid foam R-20 in the floor, mineral wool batt insulation in the walls and ceiling, R-15 in the walls, R-21 in the ceiling. This tiny house was professionally built and delivered by Hideaway Tiny Homes. Delivery is not included in the price.
