Built by licensed and seasoned framers. The wood frame complies with international residential code for One- and Two Family Dwellings (section R602). This allows for earthquake and high-wind loading, as well as proper bridging supports and framing supports.
Siding:
Installed by licensed and seasoned siders. The siding is tight knot kiln dried cedar bevel stained.
Windows:
Installed by licensed contractors. By having 10 windows varying in size, it offers a forced perspective which makes the space feel quite a bit bigger.
Roofing:
Installed by a licensed, bonded and insured roofer. The metal roof includes a 5-year workmanship warranty (booklet) when purchased.
