The house was built by Austin Tiny Homes in Austin, TX and is currently on a private, gated, beautiful ranch in Leander, TX. The details you can't see from the pictures: •Our 315 sq ft tiny home is mounted to a 26 × 8.5 foot trailer •The outer shell is a protective cedar wood •Area ready for stackable washer / dryer units (not included) •Two available areas to hang clothes (suits and dresses in one of these available areas) •Stall size shower, curtain rod included •Upscale Kohler toilet (Efficient and powerful!) •We will also include these items: hanging bathroom mirror, medium size kitchen fridge, portable two burner hot plate •The matching wood used for the open shelving in kitchen, the breakfast bar, and the spice rack are hand-picked by me. It is an African Mohagany and it is amazing. The tiny house is VERY SIMPLE. For electricity, you just plug in the built in chord to an outlet. For water, attach a water hose. For sewage, I have some of my pipes (filter included) to donate.. you just need to hire a plumber to connect it to the tank. Voila! And towing the home is easier than you think (bigger truck necessary). Please be respectful. Interested buyers only.
