This 20x8 Tiny home was build on a dual axle manufactured Tiny Home Builder's trailer. The underbody of the Tiny home has heavy gage aluminum to protect against moisture and critters. This 4 seasonal Tiny Home comes fully equipped. The bathroom has a standard size conventional toilet, a 32x32 shower unit, a mini sink, a foldaway mirror, a medicine cabinet and a window above the sink for extra natural lighting and ventilation.
The kitchen area has 5 kitchen cabinets, plus storage shelving. The kitchen sink, with a window above, is a large single bowl sink. There is a two burner LP gas stove top for cooking. The Kitchen also comes with a mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.
The living room area has permanently fixed ladder to the loft. There is a 6 foot futon for lazing and for additional sleeping. There is shelving on both sides of the entry door, along with upper shelving that surrounds the entire the living room area. There is a lower 4 foot wall mounted shelve for eating or a work place and above that, is a wall mounted TV.
The 9x7 sleeping loft has a queen size mattress and its own mounted swivel TV. There are 3 windows in the loft for ventilation.
All lighting for the tiny home is LED. LP gas supplies the gas cook top and the hot water on demand unit. There is a storage compartment near the from hitch for two 20 pound LP tanks. Heating for the Tiny home can be either Electric or Gas.
