Rustic redwood tiny house for off-grid living

This tiny house is four years old and aging beautifully. The redwood exterior was recently refinished with pine tar & linseed oil. The dimensions are 29ft long inside by 8.5ft wide with a large sleeping and storage loft (13.5ft tall). There is a beautiful enamel vintage Magic Chef propane stove/oven and propane hot water heater, a sleeping loft with a king size mattress, a futon that pulls out to be a guest bed, mini fridge, and a wood stove that very efficiently heats the space. It has a compost toilet bucket system with sawdust and one bucket for poo, one for pee. I have lived with and experimented with many humanure systems, and when well managed, this system doesn't smell and is as simple and useful and unbreakable as it gets. This house is very user-friendly, but definitely for someone who can handle things like chopping wood for the winter, taking out the humanure buckets, and isn't too tall - beams underneath the loft are 5'10" with the space between them at 6'2". It comes with a reverse osmosis water filter under the sink and a 150ft drinking-safe hose. It only needs a standard electrical outlet to hook up to - the whole thing runs on an extension cord and is built safely for that - and comes with 150' of extension cord. The bathroom has a tile floor and a sheep tank bathtub & shower, and greywater is easily managed with an exterior pipe hookup. There is a good amount of storage space, a high functioning kitchen, and a simple utility closet where all electrical and plumbing are accessible. It can easily be retrofitted to solar electricity. There is a skylight above the bed that opens with a remote control and automatically closes when it rains! The whole house is insulated with high quality sheep wool so that is is nontoxic, insect repellent, and fire resistant. All the doors and windows are placed to create cross-breezes, and there is a swamp cooler for hot California summers. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Open to offers, and owner financing!
