RV Park Model Tiny Home

This is a new never lived in tiny home 33x12=409 sq. ft built with 6" Light Pan insulated panels for roof,walls & floor with metal roof and soffits. Super insulated & low maintenance. Home is mounted on a 4 axle trailer with an additional 100 sq. ft of open trailer space available. We bought it for our son but he couldn't wait for it to be delivered, so here we are. It has thermostatically electric radiant heated floors, full bath, washer/dryer hook ups, wired for mini split system (system is still in box), plumbed for instant propane gas hot water heater(which is still in box), the ability to add a front porch. Modern kitchen with farmhouse apron sink, commercial faucet, portable induction 2 top burner, full frig w/ice hook up option,hide-away table. Butcher block counters with white cabinets.The lights and fans were upgraded. Keyless entry lock and both doors are 36in.The floor plan is open and can be configured several ways. Also it can be a quick addition for more room. Can be for family, guests, office, hunting cabin, beach home. We are literally asking what we have in it.
