Sanctuary Art Studio (WIP)

I purchased this custom THOW a few months ago. It was used as a painting and arts education studio in New England since 2017. I live in it full time currently, and was going to convert it to a full tiny house, but I have decided to pursue other projects. It has three powerful solar panels with charge controller and batteries, great wool insulation, robust solid maple counter top, 7000lb GVWR, etc. I am a highly skilled carpenter and metalworker, and open to building certain items to add to the house upon negotiation during the purchasing process!
