Sea Ranch Style Tiny House/ ADU - $9500

This custom-designed tiny house is 192 sqft with cedar batten board siding and premium materials. Like many passion projects of mine, this was never completed. I'm an engineer who was inspired to live on my own land, but as work commitments increased I decided to purchase a house instead. With a few solid weekends or a week of professional work, the tiny house could be completed. My material estimates are ~$5.5 to complete with cabinets, flooring, and appliances. I'm looking for someone who can finish the project and put the structure I've spend months working on to good use. All 3D CAD of the house is available and if needed, and I'll be available for email/phone support. The design of this house was inspired by houses at Sea Ranch. Naturally silvered cedar siding with large windows and lots of sunlight. I selected premium materials for the build of this tiny house as it was relatively affordable given it's size. Details about this tiny house: + 1 Bed, 1 Full Bath, 1 Kitchen/dining room + High 10' ceilings with 4 skylights + 12 Anderson windows and Velux skylights + Custom sliding glass pocket doors + Rheem EcoSense tankless water heater + Hans Grohe Pressure Balanced Valve Trim for shower + Two 6,000lb trailer axels on a 12" steel frame **All drywall is installed in the interior (some earlier build photos are shown so you can see the workmanship and quality of how the interior work was built). ** There is also a matching 8' x 8' x 12' office structure that was built to be a small office/studio for the tiny house. Siding is not installed yet, but already purchased and included if you would like to buy both together. The total price would be $12,500 for Tiny House + Office.
