Shed style tiny home on trailer

I have a mostly completed Tiny House that my son and I started building in 2019 when he was a senior in high school. We attended a tiny house seminar from “Tiny Home Builders” and purchased a set of their building plans for this design. But, due to college, Covid, marriage and a child, he was not able to fully complete the tiny house. It is built on a custom-built 8’ x 20’ dual axle trailer specially made for tiny house construction and is rated at 10,000 LBS. The unit has been completed on the outside, although it does need some TLC due to weathering. The paint is peeling, and it needs a good scrape and painting. The inside is 8’ x 20’ with an 8’ x 8’ loft with a small bathroom (5’x5’) already framed in. All the walls and ceiling are ready to be completed with all the water supply plumbing, rough-in wiring and insulation complete. All construction has been done to stick built home standards with headers over the doors and windows and wheel wells, and it includes hurricane strapping from roof to trailer. The tiny house has an on-demand liquid propane water heater installed and all materials to complete the walls, ceiling and lighting already purchased. The unit has been wired and braced for a mini-split Heat/AC until to be installed. I have been using a small window AC unit and that has been more than sufficient and will also be included. I can attest to the build of the tiny house as it withstood a direct assault from Hurricane Helene. It did not budge on its supports; it also did not leak a single drop. My house on the other hand was not so lucky. We stopped at this point so that any new owner could easily customize or modify the project to their own desires and tastes. Additionally, the tiny house can be towed without special permitting to a location for completion.
