Shipping Container Tiny House and Trailer For Sale

This tiny house was constructed from an old shipping container last summer, in 2022. No one has lived in it, and I am moving to a city, so I no longer have a need for it. It is a one level home, with the bedroom at the far left end of the home. Sliding barn doors separate the bathroom, and the bedroom from the rest of the home. Walls are shiplap. The dimensions are 8x40, and is a total of 324 sq feet. Two sets of sliding glass doors are located on the end of the far right side of the home, and at the front of the home. The home has a mini split that works great, and plumbing is all ready to be hooked up. Toilet is flushing. Hook-up for a washer/dryer in the bedroom closet as well. The kitchen cabinets are painted a lovely green, and the kitchen has a two-burner, retro fridge, and large farmhouse sink. The trailer itself is older than the tiny house, but is in incredible shape, and worth a lot more than what we are asking for. This listing is for BOTH the house and the trailer.
