Simple Tiny Living Premium

This Tiny Home is practical yet, fun. Still has some room to add your own additional character or modifications. Was started by a local reputable Tiny builder who has been previously seen on HGTV They built it to the ascetic point allowing some personal decisions like to double up on insulation for sound and A/C since we are in Florida. Home has tons of storage (currently to much for me to use) Kitchen Cabinets are horizontal opening for modern minimalist style. Kitchen has space for a large full refrigerator, a built-in Dishwasher, hidden microwave, built-in Electric full size oven, built-in Double burner Gas Cooktop, Large Gas exterior instant hot water tank. Large tiled Shower enclosure w/ Rain head and shower wand. Space for separate 24 in Washer and 24in Dryer. There is a custom built Garage Door that allows access onto the back porch (6'x6' deck) for fun cafe' dinners, that is currently facing the Lakeview from the rented lot that I am on in this Tiny Home Community. Sleeping space adds additional storage. Most window exposures are high to allow for a little more privacy but, there is a fun little bubble window to allow for watching the rain or a good dog/kitty spot for sun. And the roll-up garage door of course allows lots of light. The A/C & Heat is a mini-Split.Every detail that a traditional home has... this Tiny home has too... I am not able to deliver but, the lot it sits on (rental), It may stay if this location is good for you. Wonderful Orlando. I am thinking that NOAH may be an option to certify as home was certifiable through electricity from a local builder that does get them certified to sell completed. but, at the time I did not pay for the additional fees as I had planned to live here and I was not looking for conventional financing. I am looking to load more photos once its a sunny day in Florida.
