A tiny house built into a 1974 Silver Streak shell. Fully remodeled and modernized for all-weather living in 2020. Electric and propane appliances, 30Amp hookup powers 120&12V systems, LED lighting, Kimberly wood stove, Mini-split, Nature's Head composting toilet (plumbing intact for flush), Girard GSWH-2 on demand water heater, queen bed with under storage. This has been lived in through snow and ice as well as blazing summer heat, all on minimal utilities. Single story so there is no loft to crawl down from in the middle of the night and has a lower profile. Tires have less than 100 miles and wheels are serviced. Supplies and equipment included. She has been good to me for two years of comfortable, rustic living and I had expected many more. But I have to move along and where I go, she unfortunately cannot follow.
