28' tiny house on wheels. It's 90% completed, making a great DIY project or for someone who wants to learn some basics. Also great for modifications/remodeling, as there is no trim yet (only want one set of stairs? Tear one out! Want a skylight? Now is the time to add it!).
The main structure is SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) that make the house airtight, so it's very efficient to heat and cool. Enercept in South Dakota helped design and manufacture the panels. Then they were easy to assemble into a house.
Interior colors- it was going to look like aspects of nature, because I didn't want it to look like a log cabin inside. I only used paint and panels, and vinyl floor tiles on bathroom walls. It's easy to redo, as underneath the wall coverings is the OSB of the SIPs. My plan was a "tree" on one end, waterscape in the middle, cave in the bathroom, and night sky for the bedroom loft.
Much on the inside is recycled/reclaimed materials.
