This is a completed unit that is the remainder of a larger order. We manufacture these systems for remote working professionals. Units are not tied to your electricity, and pre-built. Thus not requiring a permit in most areas.\ Unit is capable of self powering from solar under normal conditions, although I would recommend plugging the supplied cord into a 20a, 110 volt outlet if you are using excessive heating and cooling functions. Unit platform based on a new steel 10 foot long, 8 foot wide, 8 foot high duo-con shipping container. Walls and ceiling are spray foam insulated with 6" additional fiberglass on the ceiling. Unit is sheet rocked with additional 1/2 finish Plywood wall construction. Exterior is sided in exterior panel siding with milled treated trim painted Exterior door is solid core, insulated fire resistant, with brushed nickel hardware Window is Doubled insulated Pella Proline Wainscoting is solid pine milled to dimension in house. Desk area painted white pine with built in book shelves. Base, trim, shoe molding are milled pine Solid 3/4 pre finished oak flooring. Climate controlled with through the wall high efficiency GE with heat and cool function Pre wired with outlets throughout, including exterior GFCI. Interior lights are LED, adjustable eye Exterior Light is LED dusk to dawn with Motion Sensor Solar power via 6 300w Mono solar modules with MPPT Inversion via 2000w Aims 48VDC true sine wave Battery Storage 8.64 kWh Solar AGM. Enough to power the unit with a refrigerator and office equipment without issue Moisture resistant panel board in energy storage area. Unit is equipped with 110V ship to shore power cord. Typical installation would require a level placement, or using concrete blocking on the corners to level. Instructions provided. This unit can be shipped anywhere in the US.
