Our loss is your gain. Steampunk/industrial with Victorian mix tiny house. Life has tossed us a curve ball and we need to sell. The great thing about this tiny is that you can still customize most of the living space to your desires. No furniture is built in so you have many options for your floor plan with a lot of wall space. Non-loft design with 8x6 storage space under the bed, or sleep in the storage nook and use the bed area for additional living space, or raise the bed floor to create a loft. The closet furniture in the bathroom can be removed or relocated and the washer/dryer hookups are located in that corner.
